Did you watch Roundhouse on snick? Loved it. And I had all the lamb chop puppets and my dad would do all the voeics and pretend that hush puppie didn't like me. He bit me a lot. I just came across the puppets in an Iowa truck stop and was instantly transported to my childhood.

- There is so much to love about this photograph, the peivsne subject, the ghosted image, the composition, the ripples in the water, the foliage at the edge of the frame, the detail on her dress and at the same time, there is so much simplicity that draws me in too, the tones, the blank space in the middle of the frame and the light it holds within it as well as the sense of water. Exactly, games like COD which try to be realistic are aywals crap because the physics engine goes out of date in a year, does elevating on COD look realistic?Halo 3 can get away with this by being a sci-fi game, also gameplay is generally better and more enjoyable.

"Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" brnigs us to the edge of what it means to be, and does it in a manner that's meaningful for a generation that interacts with computers every day.Although his exploration of being is topical and often pessimistic, It's amazing to me that Dick hasn't yet been included in the canon to at least the degree that William Goldberg was... but then William Goldberg wrote much more acceptable prose.Dick explores the nature of being in a very self-reflexive and oh-so-postmodern way. In a Phillip K. Dick World, being human is much more about the cognitive idea of being than about the emotive aspect of being human. Sometimes I wish that emotive exploration of being was there, but then it wouldn't be very postmodern, would it. Anyway, my $0.02 on it.

If it's a wired system, then yes they have to go thuorgh/behind the walls/floors/etc. It's much easier for them to do this if you have unfinished space (eg attic or unfinished basement). Most will sell you wireless systems as well, which of course is easier to install. ADT is one of the top name brand companies, but their prices reflect that. Lower priced local companies can provide the same or similar service at a much lower price.

Funny! I pulled a pitucre out a while back, from when #1 was little. The pitucre was of him hitting the keys on what IBM called their portable computer back in the mid-80 s. At that time, I worked in computer sales and had the Portable home on loan. It was so big it would not even be considered carry-on luggage these days. It might actually be over the 50 pound weight limit also but of that I am not certain. Who would have thought of a netbook now that is so small?But what caught me was the dancing in your post. I love to dance. I did a little moving last night as I went out to hear a co-worker's band play but not real dancing. I went out earlier in the month but didn't dance then either but wish I had. I will have to get on the dance floor one other than my bedroom or living room soon. Last time I was it was July and that is too long ago.

But I can certainly see your point, the first movie felt like a slight return to the original tone, but certainly not with the scifi aspect of the comic books.Even the comic books were a finite thing, as soon as they crossed over with Cerebus the Aardvark I kind of lost focus there (art was really good though I think that was the third book as I don't recall the fourth).The 2007 film version was quite good and certainly captured more of the tone.There, I made up for you, call me loquacious Lee. LOVE the chicken coop. well thugoht out and well built for the budget. my roof is finished. beautiful cedar. builder sucked. looked for you at waveny for advice but sure you must b in montana. my chickens are living in the dining room, three weeks, lots of feathers, very friendly. handled every day by me and jake who still believes he should round them up using his mouth. hes very gentle with them and knows they are part of our eclectic pack. chicken coop on hold due to illness. hope to feel better, get the floor done, and move them in SOOOOOON!fran

Hi Barb!I blogged about that same South Park TV show last year!Wasn't it binilralt!
