Well, a nice idea, but mayonnaise spoils it, as do the slices of plastic cheese I think I can see lurking. At least there's no salad rubbish.

The use of light mayo allows consumption of regular coke rather than having to drink the nasty diet stuff! Of course, grilled chicken and bacon is pretty healthy and the cheese could be low fat.
