Mine is Applenet 0017519.. I dont think this indicates its the 7521 anything.. maybe a model? Because my date code indicates week 25 1983

This is a 1984. Apple Date Code "4"=1984, made in "28"th week, series "3", "441"st of series, Under Applenet it is "7521"st of Lisas ("001"). I own 7062 made in 18th week of 1984. All are rare.
